Message from the Owner

Starting today, your boating wants and needs will be met.
That's my promise to you.

Sometimes a little criticism is a good thing. It’s taught me a lot about what you expect from a luxury houseboat builder. In fact, it made me realize that we do more than build boats, we build dreams.

To show our commitment to this goal, we recently completed a research study to understand the wants and needs of owners like you. As a result, we’re going to kick off some key initiatives.

First, we want to share with our owners what we’re doing to continue our reputation for quality and customization. To do this, we’ll be sending updates, news and important information to stay in touch with you on a regular basis. And don’t be surprised if you hear from me personally to get your feedback and suggestions on what we’re doing.

Second, we’re going to make our customer service better and stronger than ever. All you have to do is call a customer service representative for whatever question or issue that comes up — and we’ll take care of you.
